The world’s first automated and movable Methylene Blue Reduction Test MBPod has been developed and manufactured by TestRigte Nano Systems Pvt Ltd and is patented. This patented technology is designed to efficiently assess the microbiological quality of both raw and pasteurized milk. It has 4 channels. It is portable and battery operated, which is ideal for remote areas. It is very easy to use. Its live data can be viewed through a mobile app. It has a battery backup of 8 hours. Apart from this, it has Bluetooth connectivity which easily connects to any mobile.
MBPod can be used to conduct MBRT testing in remote areas where MBRT testing was not possible in any other way. It ensures complete transparency, accurate results, live location and provides all this data on a cloud dashboard in real time.
Apart from this, it also sends instant alerts to senior leadership when MBRT goes below a certain value. Thus, you can monitor the performance of individual villages, BMC or chilling centers directly from the headquarters.
